servicesWe currently offer digital analysis of histological images of rat, mouse, and rabbit retinal degeneration models for the eye. Clients submit image files of Hematoxylin & Eosin stained eye sections that have been scanned on Hamamatsu (*ndpi) or Apereo(*svs) instruments. Data and graphs are delivered to our clients within 1-2 weeks.

Analysis of a single image with our algorithm generates between 400 to 600 measurements of the outer nuclear layer (ONL) as well as the viable ONL cell count across the entire Superior-Inferior Axis of the retina. In addition, we develop custom software to expand the spectrum of immunohistochemistry stains used to detect other structures of the eye.
